I built this for those of us who struggle to understand and process our own emotions — and even more so, the emotions of the people we love. Navigating that space is not easy, but it does not have to be done alone. My hope is that this tool helps you and your partner turn toward God's word, toward each other, and toward a deeper understanding of yourself. May it be a small lantern in a dark room.
